Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk, scalded
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Combine yolks, sugar, flour, and milk in a saucepan; mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat, and stir in lemon juice. Serve hot.
