Lemon Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp butter (i used smart balance margarine)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Melt butter in oven safe skillet.
  3. Brown chicken on both sides
  4. Salt and pepper chicken and squeeze a little lemon juice on each side when you add salt and pepper.
  5. Once browned place sprigs of fresh rosemary on top of each chicken breast and add all lemon juice to meat and place in oven.
  6. Cook 15 minutes turn meat and replace rosemary on top.
  7. Cook 10 minutes more or until done.
  8. ENJOY!
