Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon juiced n zested
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 cups milk

Directions:

  1. In meduim bowl stir together juice and zest with sugar until smooth.
  2. Stir in milk.
  3. Pour into a 9x9 dish and place in a freezer,stirring once when it begins to harden. Continue to freeze until firm approx 2 hours.
  4. Or pour into the freezer container of an ice cream maker n freeze according to manufactuers directions.
