Ingredients:

  1. TO MAKE THE LEMON COOKIE MIX:.
  2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Blend with whisk.
  3. Place approximately 1 1/3 cups dry mix into 4 quart size zipper bags.
  4. TO MAKE LEMON FROSTING MIX:.
  5. Combine ingredients and blend with a whisk.
  6. Place 1/2 cup mix each into 4 sandwich bags.
  7. Push all dry mix to one corner of a bag and secure with rubber band.
  8. Add a card that says LEMON FROSTING MIX .
  9. Attach frosting bag to bag of cookie mix bag.
  10. THESE ARE INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE FROSTED LEMON COOKIES:.
  11. 1 bag of Lemon Cookie Mix.
  12. 1 large egg, beaten.
  13. 1/4 tsp vanilla.
  14. 1 stick real butter, room temperature.
  15. Place mix into a large mixing bowl.
  16. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  17. Drop by teaspoons onto sprayed cookie sheet.
  18. Place frosting mix into a small bowl. Add 1 1/2 tsp water and blend until creamy.
  19. Frost cooled cookies.
