Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Muddle (in shaker) 5-6 leaves fresh basil with one packet granulated sugar
  2. Add 1/2 ounces lemon juice and 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  3. Add ice
  4. Add gin,
  5. Shake together and serve.
  6. Should be a nice greenish color, if more yellow use more basil.
  7. Also excellent with citrus vodka
