Lemon and Dill Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs white potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 large lemon
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 2 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix together the juice of the lemon, dill and sugar.
  2. Boil the potato wedges for approximately 10-15 minutes in salted water, until almost soft.
  3. Drain most of the water and place the potatoes back in the saucepan.
  4. Add the lemon mixture, stir and cover.
  5. Stand for about 10 minutes to allow the potatoes to absorb some of the lemon and soften slightly.
  6. Serve.
