Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mash potatoes with butter, salt, and milk.
  2. Saute the ground lamb with the seasonings.
  3. Add the onions, pine nuts and mushrooms and saute until fully cooked.
  4. Spread half of the mashed potatoes in the bottom of greased baking dish; spread the lamb filling over the potatoes and cover with the remaining potatoes.
  5. Dot the top with butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  7. Cut into squares to serve.
