Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup finely shredded carrot
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix turkey, ketchup, carrots, and seasonings together.
  2. Separate into five patties and grill for 5-6 minutes on each side (or until cooked through).
