Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees and spray 9 X13 pan with cooking spray
  2. Stir cookie base ingredients in large bowl until dough-like
  3. Press dough into bottom of prepared pan
  4. Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown
  5. Let cool completely, approx 1 hour
  6. In small bowl, beat filling ingredients with mixer on medium until smooth
  7. Spread this mixture evenly over the cookie base
  8. Microwave frosting ingredients for 30 seconds and then stir until smooth
  9. Cool frosting mixture 10 minutes then spread evenly over cookie base and filling
  10. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until set
  11. Cut into bars as desired
