Kazi's Basic Red Wine Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups dry red wine
  • 4 cups brown sauce
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Reduce red wine to 1/2 ~ 2/3 (ONLY Use what you would drink).
  2. Add your favorite brown sauce.
  3. Season to taste with salt/pepper.
  4. Serve over red meat, chicken, or pork the other white meat.
  5. Variations:.
  6. Use brandy instead of wine.
  7. And/or add sliced mushrooms.
