Kazi's Basic Red Wine Sauce

Ingredients:
2 cups dry red wine
4 cups brown sauce
salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:
1. reduce red wine to 1/2 ~ 2/3 (ONLY Use what you would drink).
2. add your favorite brown sauce.
3. season to taste with salt/pepper.
4. serve over red meat, chicken, or pork the other white meat.
5. variations:.
6. use brandy instead of wine.
7. and/or add sliced mushrooms.
