Karen's Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar and melted butter.
  2. Press mixture onto bottom and up sides of a 9 inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, cocoa and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and blend well.
  5. Pour into prepared crust and bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until almost set.
  6. Remove from oven and cool.
  7. Cover and chill several hours. Overnight is best.
