Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/8 tsp pepper (or to taste)
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg (or to taste)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Shape into balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
