Ingredients:

  • 1 cup espresso or 1 cup strong coffee
  • 3 cups ice
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Dissolve sugar in espresso and chill till cold. Combine all ingredients in blender till ice is crushed and drink is smooth. Pour into two 16 oz glasses, and top with whipped cream.
  2. Mocha version-reduce granulated sugar to 1/4 cup and add 1/4 cup fudge topping to the blender before blending.
  3. Caramel version- reduce granulated sugar to 1/4 cup and add 1/4 cup caramel topping to blender.
