Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and boil your potatoes until tender.
  2. While your potatoes are boiling, chop the green onions and the sweet red pepper into 1/4 inch pieces
  3. Drain potatoes and mash
  4. Add butter first, then garlic powder
  5. 1/4 lb or 250 ml of cream cheese and blend into potaotes. (I like to use a hand masher versus any hand mixer)
  6. Add chopped green onions and red peppers and mix gentle into mashed potatoes
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
