Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre heat the oven at 180 deg C .
  2. Beat the eggs and sugar until dropping consistency .
  3. Add the mayo and juice .
  4. Beat on low medium speed until creamy .
  5. Add the zest and beat 30 secs.
  6. Add a drop of food colur and beat 20 secs .
  7. Fold in the flour .
  8. Pour into a greased 22 cm pan .
  9. Bake for 30 mins .
  10. Once done , arrange the fruits on top .
  11. Boil the agar agar pwd in water with sugar .
  12. Pour over the cake .
  13. Once cool , chill it for 15 mins .
