Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and clean out seeds and membranes
  2. . Cut cheese into small bits and fill the jalapenos completely
  3. . Cut bacon slices in half and wrap around the cheese-filled jalapeno.
  4. Place on rack and put in oven at 400-450.
  5. Watch them carefully, and cook until bacon begins to crisp up a bit. Remove from oven when either the bacon is crisped up or the cheese begins to brown.
  6. Cool, and serve.
