Directions:

  1. Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add steak; cook on high heat 2 minutes or until no longer pink; remove from skillet.
  2. Stir in vegetables; cook 2 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  3. Add velveeta; stir until melted. Stir in steak. Serve over hot cooked minute white rice or on tortillas.
