Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle thyme over both sides of fish.
  2. In a large saucepan cook fish in 1 tablespoon of hot oil.
  3. Heat remaining oil and add onion and garlic and cook until tender.
  4. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
  5. Add chicken broth , stir in corn and potatoes.
  6. Remove skin and bones from fish and add to pot.
  7. Simmer 35 minutes stirring often.
