Indian Fried Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • oil

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingred.
  2. Add milk.
  3. Mix well to form a dough.
  4. Pat out on a floured board to about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Cut into 2x2 or 3x4 inch squares.
  6. Fry in hot oil, about 350°F.
  7. Brown lightly on both sides.
  8. Serve warm.
