Hot Pimiento Cheese Spread

Directions:

  1. Grate cheese with a fine grater and place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, combine pimientos, mayonnaise and hot pepper sauce; add to grated cheese. Using a wooden spoon, stir cheese and mayonnaise mixture until well-combined. Adjust seasoning by adding more hot pepper sauce to taste if desired.
  3. Store in refrigerator in a covered container. Serve chilled with crudites or crackers, or spread on bread.
