Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 6 oz 1% low-fat milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, stir together the cocoa powder and the sugar.
  2. Add the water and stir well.
  3. Cook over medium heat until the mixture comes to a low boil and the sugar dissolves.
  4. Stir in the milk, vanilla, and almond extract.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and stir until warmed through.
