Hot Carob Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp carob powder
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp pure butter

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan.
  2. Stir gentley over a low heat until the mixture is creamy.
  3. Serve immediately, poured over your ice-cream.
