Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp stick magarine or butter, melted
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Peel onions and cut in half, place cut side down in an 8 inch square baking dish, drizzle with water, cover with foil and bake for 30 mins.
  3. Combine honey and remaining ingredients. Remove onions from oven and turn over, brush with half of honey mixture.
  4. Bake, uncovered for an additonal 30 minutes, or until tender, basting with remaining honey mixture after 15 minutes.
