Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a pot large enough to hold the ribs, add the mustard seed, onion, vinegar, celery, bay leaf, peppercorns and enough water to cover.
  2. Bring ribs to boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 45 minutes.
  3. Drain off liquid and remove the ribs.
  4. Light your bbq and when hot, place ribs on the grill.
  5. Baste with honey Dejon mustard for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Watch carefully that the mustard does not get too scorched.
