Honey Cornbread Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp. honey
  • 1 1/2 cup. dried boxed cornbread stuffing like stovetop

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Place chicken in baking dish.
  4. Combine honey and butter in small bowl; spoon 3 tablespoons over chicken.
  5. Sprinkle and press cornbread stuffing over chicken.
  6. Sprinkle with seasoned salt; drizzle with remaining honey mixture.
  7. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
