Ingredients:

  • 1 quart water
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups vodka

Directions:

  1. Boil water, coffee and sugar.
  2. Just as it boils, turn down heat to medium low. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. After two hours, you should have a syrup that coats the back of your spoon.
  3. Allow to cool. Add vanilla and vodka.
  4. Store in a cool dry place. This will keep for at least 3 months!
