Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 (13 1/2 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp nestle quik chocolate milk mix (or other instant chocolate milk powder)
  • 1 cup irish whiskey (or other , i usually end up using canadian rye)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except whiskey in blender until smooth.
  2. Add whiskey and mix. Pour into jar with tight-fitting lid and store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
