Ingredients:

  • hard-setting chocolate ice cream topping (cottees ice magic is what i use....or the generic equivalent)

Directions:

  1. Squirt some chocolate topping down the inside of the cone. Make sure you coat the sides good.
  2. Sprinkle some peanuts around the inside of the cone.
  3. Pack it in with ice cream, but dont fill past the top of the cone. (keep it flat like)
  4. Use a skewer to make a hole in the middle that goes down the centre of the cone.
  5. SLOWLY fill the hole with chocolate topping (hey shove some peanuts down there too if you so desire)
  6. Squitr a bit more topping over the top of the icecream (its FLAT remember) and top with some more peanuts.
  7. Cover the top of the cone with plastic wrap (hold it there with a rubber band maybe) and put it in a tupperware and then in the freezer for about an hour or so.
  8. ***HEY this recipe is versatile, try with some honey and macadamia nuts, or chocolate ice cream and crushed honeycomb, WHATEVER YOU LIKE, DIG?****
