Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 3 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Mix everything together and marinate for 1 hour or so .
  2. Pre heat oven at 180 deg
  3. Place the chicken on the wire rack and bake for 30 mins
