High Protein Brownie

Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • non-fat cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Spray a mug with cooking spray.
  2. Crack egg into mug.
  3. Add cool whip, mix until smooth.
  4. Add protein powder, mix until smooth (add water if needed).
  5. Microwave on high for 2 minutes (more if needed).
  6. Turn mug upside down to drop brownie onto a plate (cut to see if fully cooked).
  7. Let cool and enjoy.
