Ingredients:

  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine , un salted
  • 2/3 cup cocoa
  • 3 cups powdered sugar (10x or confectioners sugar)
  • 1/3 cup milk

Directions:

  1. MELT BUTTER
  2. STIR IN COCOA
  3. ALTERNATING ADDING POWDERED SUGAR AND MILK.
  4. BEAT ON MEDIUM SPEED TO SPREAD CONSISTENCY, ADD MORE MILK IF NEEDED OR MORE SUGAR
  5. I LIKE TO MAKE THIS WITHOUT THE COCOA AS WELL, INCREASE THE SUGAR UNTIL FLUFFY...I USE IT ON A WHITE CAKE WITH LEMON FILLING AND THEN THE WHITE ICING WITH COCONUT
