I AM LEARNING TO DO THINGS IN A PINCH SOME TIMES. I FOUND THIS TO BE LIGHT, BUTTERY, CHOCOLATE. YOU CAN MAKE THIS WITHOUT THE CHOCOLATE, YOU MIGHT HAVE TO ADD MORE POWDERED SUGAR. Read more . I LIKE THE PLAIN AS WELL AND TOP IT WITH COCONUT. VERY CREAMY .
Ingredients:
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine, un salted
2/3 cup cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar(10x or confectioners sugar)
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. MELT BUTTER
2. STIR IN COCOA
3. ALTERNATING ADDING POWDERED SUGAR AND MILK.
4. BEAT ON MEDIUM SPEED TO SPREAD CONSISTENCY, ADD MORE MILK IF NEEDED OR MORE SUGAR
5. I LIKE TO MAKE THIS WITHOUT THE COCOA AS WELL, INCREASE THE SUGAR UNTIL FLUFFY...I USE IT ON A WHITE CAKE WITH LEMON FILLING AND THEN THE WHITE ICING WITH COCONUT
