Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl mix a dash of each seasoning.
  3. In a second small bowl, melt 1-2 T of butter.
  4. Brush Hen with butter.
  5. Rub seasoning onto hen.
  6. Place hen on bakeware.
  7. Bake for 1 hour 30 min on 350.
