Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup splenda granular
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2-1 cup dried cranberries (however many you please)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mix together applesauce and sugars.
  3. Stir in egg whites, orange juice and zest.
  4. Sift together flours baking powder, soda and salt.
  5. Mix into wet ingredients.
  6. Stir in dried cranberries (mix with hand its easier).
  7. Drop by teaspoons and bake for 10-12 minutes.
