Coffee -- Greek Frappe -- Caf or Decaf

Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 tsp instant coffee (don'tsp scoff till you try it, preferably nescafe)
  • 2 -4 tsp sugar (optional)
  • 2 -6 oz water
  • 2 -6 oz milk (optional)
  • ice

Directions:

  1. An immersion blender performs most efficiently.
  2. Combine coffee, sugar, and 3 Tablespoons water in blender carafe.
  3. Whip contents to stiff froth and maximum volume.
  4. Pour froth into tumbler 2/3 full of ice.
  5. Add water and/or milk as desired to fill.
  6. Sip with straw occasionally stirring to combine froth with liquid.
  7. Enjoy.
