Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Whisk milk, applesauce and vanilla in medium bowl.
  4. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until combined.
  5. Mix in bananas.
  6. Divide batter among 12 muffin cups (if you don't use paper liners make sure you spray muffin pan with nonstick spray first).
  7. Bake until toothpick inserted in center of muffins comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
  8. Transfer to a rack to cool.
  9. Serve warm or at room temperature.
