Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°; grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the biscuit mix, sugar, and zest together.
  3. Add in the pineapple chunkcs; mix together.
  4. Spoon mixture into prepared pan.
  5. To make the topping: in a bowl, mix the biscuit mix, sugar, and egg together; sprinkle over fruit.
  6. Drizzle with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the topping is browned.
  8. Serve warm and at room temperature.
