Ingredients:

  • 30 lbs ground ham
  • 10 lbs ground beef
  • 10 lbs ground pork
  • 40 eggs
  • 20 cups oatmeal
  • 20 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp pepper
  • 10 cups brown sugar
  • 3 cups vinegar
  • 3 cups water

Directions:

  1. Mix and shape into 200 individual loaves.
  2. Bake at 325°F degrees for 2 hours.
  3. For Glaze: Bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes.
  4. Baste ham loaves with glaze.
  5. Return to oven and bake 1/2 hour more.
