Ham and Potato Soup (No milk or cream)

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb frozen cubed hash brown potatoes (my boyfriend likes o'brien style in this recipe, i prefer plain)
  • 3 (10 1/2 oz) cans chicken broth
  • 1 (2 3/4 oz) package white pepper gravy
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 (15 oz) can peas

Directions:

  1. Empty frozen potatoes and 3 cans chicken broth into large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, then lower to medium heat.
  3. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of water and package of gravy.
  4. Stir well-mixed gravy into potatoes and broth.
  5. Add ham and peas.
  6. Allow all ingredients to heat through, stirring often.
  7. Salt& pepper to taste.
  8. Dip into bowls and serve!
