Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown meat in olive oil.
  2. Stir in onions, garlic, habaneros and bell pepper.
  3. Add achiote powder, pepper and cumin. Mix well.
  4. Add beans and tomatoes and season with salt.
  5. Add water and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
