Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the green tomato(es), red onion, garlic and jalapeño pepper to taste, lime juice and chopped cilantro in a medium bowl.
  2. Season with the cumin and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cover and keep at room temperature for an hour or two before serving.
  4. Refrigerate any leftovers.
