Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Season the cucumber pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Thread the following onto a cucumber or skewer: cucumber slice, feta, cherry tomato half, olive half. If using toothpicks, this will complete each toothpick. If using skewers, repeat until desired.
  3. NOTE: It is easiest to thread the cheese and cucumber on by setting the items on a plate and then stabbing them with the skewer.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Serve.
