Ingredients:

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 lemon , juice of
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix everything together.
  2. Marinate for as long as possible!
