Directions:

  1. Prep does not include the cooking of the lentils!
  2. Make vinegrette and place in shaker jar, shake to combine
  3. Place salad ingrdients in a large bowl
  4. Pour on dressing
  5. Toss lightly to combine
  6. Crumble on feta over top
  7. Serve immediately
  8. Multiply recipe as needed!
