Gratin of Potatoes With White Cheddar and Tarragon

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400*. Butter 13x9” glass baking dish.
  2. Layer 1/3 of potatoes in prepared dish, overlapping slightly. Sprinkle with 1/3 salt and pepper, then 1/3 of tarragon and 1/3 of cheese.
  3. Repeat layering twice more.
  4. Whisk cream and wine in medium bowl to blend. Pour over potatoes.
  5. Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender when pierced with a knife and top is golden, about 1 hour. Let stand 5 min before serving.
