Grandma Betti's Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz) packages philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp margarine
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cream together cream cheese, eggs and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Melt the butter.
  3. Mix the butter with the graham cracker crumbs and make a crust.
  4. Pour the creamed mixture into the crust.
  5. Back 12 minutes in a 350 oven.
  6. Cool.
  7. Mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla.
  8. Pour over the cooled filling and bake again for 7 minutes.
  9. Cool then chill.
