Grand Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup cocoa
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1 (12 oz) bag peanut butter chips

Directions:

  1. Mix butter , sugar, eggs, and vanilla till fluffy.
  2. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Stir in the peanut butter chips.
  4. Drop onto a UNgreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Cool 1 minute, remove from sheet.
  7. Enjoy!
