Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • (sprinkle in some powdered ginger, too, if you enjoy the flavor as i do)

Directions:

  1. Generously butter a 9 baking dish.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish and up the sides evenly to form the crust.
  4. Chill until your filling is ready and follow that recipe's directions.
