Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl blend cheeses and white wine.
  2. Form into a ball.
  3. Mix paprika and chopped pistachios on a piece of waxed paper.
  4. Roll cheese ball in paprika/nut mixture.
  5. Wrap the coated cheese ball in the waxed paper and chill in refrigerator at least 6 hours or overnight.
